2. Commercial Job Title: Program Manager
Minimum/General Experience
Minimum of 11 years of directly related professional experience, with 5 years in a management capacity.
Functional Responsibility
Plans, directs, and manages projects/contracts at the program/project level (consisting of two or more departments)
- Reviews and approves progress reports, revenue/cost data, and other contract deliverables
- Maintains contact with client technical management and Company contract representatives
- Evaluates performance reviews and recommends salary actions
